BEFORE SUPPLYING ARTWORK - PLEASE READ THE NOTES BELOW CAREFULLY.

  1. The quality of the artwork supplied will directly affect the quality of the final print - poor artwork will produce poor results!
  2. Artwork obtained from the web is not normally good enough quality for printing.
  3. Artwork created in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc is not suitable for professional printing as fonts and layout are not carried from one computer to another correctly - what we see and print will probably not be what you compiled!
  4. We are not able to alter your supplied artwork. Artwork must be supplied as finalised artwork following the guidelines provided with each product.
  5. Our printers are regularly and professionally colour balanced to give consistent and accurate industry standard results (the correct colour), please note that these may not match those displayed on your personal computer monitor or those printed out on an uncallobrated inkjet or laser printer.
  6. Remember to check your artwork thoroughly, proof read it carefully and approve it before sending it to us. Once we receive artwork it is too late to make alterations. Any artwork received that is not in a usable format will not be used and you will be asked to resubmit it. Artwork supplied at the wrong size or proportion may be altered, resized or re-proportioned by us at our discretion.
  7. Include your order reference number with all artwork supplied.

Supplying artwork

Artwork should be compilled at the correct size and proportion for the product ordered (e.g. Artwork that is supplied in a rectangular format will not be suitable for a square product). Artwork must be supplied at a minimum resolution of 300dpi at the size of the product ordered to give good a good quality result. Artwork supplied at lower resolutions will not produce a good print quality.

Artwork formats

Artwork must be supplied in one of the following formats

  1. Hi Resolution PDF (Portable document format)
  2. EPS file with all fonts converted to curves (paths) and all images embedded
  3. JPG bitmap - minimum 300dpi

PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN that all artwork supplied is clearly labelled with the ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER and THE PRODUCT THE ARTWORK IS FOR, we would recommend the following file name format.

order ref number - product . file tail

e.g. RC3971164-a1poster.pdf
